Room Categories

The Royal Suites

Guests at “The Royal Suites” will stay in newly-built rooms decorated with great attention to detail and with a Ocean view. As well as being equipped with the facilities and services offered at Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino, the rooms have a king-size bed, Jacuzzi for two people, a mini-bar which is refilled every day and Room Service (extra charge).  This area is restricted to Royal Guests only. Restrictions apply to non Royal guests.
“The Royal Suites” offers its guests facilities which are exclusively for their use. Guests will enjoy a private swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi and swim up bar, an exclusive air-conditioned lobby, concierge service, online newspapers, free internet access, Premium drinks service (international drinks) and VIP treatment are at the disposal of “The Royal Suites” guests.

The Jr. Suites and Loft Suites

Full bathroom, hydro massage or Jacuzzi, minibar (restocked 3 times-a-week), satellite TV, safe deposit box, tea and coffee-making facilities, iron and ironing board. Junior Suites with a large Jacuzzi, lounge area, sofa-bed and several rooms with two levels.

DELUXE ROOMS

Deluxe rooms with air-conditioning, full bathroom, hydro massage or Jacuzzi, minibar (restocked 3 times-a-week), satellite TV, safe deposit box, tea and coffee-making facilities, iron and ironing board.

All prices are per-person based on double occupancy per room, unless otherwise noted.  Total pricing includes taxes, gratuities, or other governmental fees or charges.  Prices subject to change at any time without deposit.  Prices not guaranteed until rooms are booked. Room selection is required at the time of booking. Airline baggage fees are not included in the rates.

Deposit Info
A deposit is required to reserve a room and airfare. A Paypal transaction fee applies to credit card deposits made via the website. These fees are additional and are NOT applied to the purchase of the trip. The following are the deposit requirements:

Deposits: Deposits are being accepted at this time. Deposits will secure your room and air fare from the following: Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Newark, NJ.

Deposits for cities other than noted will secure the Land only package.  Separate group airfare can be purchased for Chicago, California, Detroit, and Atlanta.

A monthly deposit at a minimum of $150 is required to maintain a reservation. Payments can be made via M.D. Ski sponsor or through paypal on the website. Full payments can be made through sponsors by check. Full payments can be made via check or via paypal.

Deposits All fees, deposits and payments are non refundable. Travel insurance is highly suggested. Payment are transferable up to 90 days prior to travel or until ticketed. Name Change fees of up to $150 may apply after ticketing.

Names changes are allowed. Fees will apply. Name changes and package transfers fees and deadlines are based on Apple Vacations rules and regulations.

Balance and Payments:

Final balance must be paid by February 10, 2010.  For rooms booked after January 1, full payment is due at time of booking and is based on availability.

Installment Payments
Monthly installment payments for the trip balance are required on the 10th of each month after making the initial deposit. Passengers are required to make additional installment payments not less than $150 per payment. Full payments can be made at anytime.

Taxes, Fees, and Gratuities
All fares are subject to resort departure tax, airline taxes, governmental fees, gratuities, fuel surcharges, and other additional fees for the package. Airline baggage fees are not included in the rates and are additional. Paypal fees, supplemental government taxes, gratuities for optional products/services, non inclusive resort activities and additional services purchased during the trip are not included in the advertised rate.). Taxes and resort fees are subject to change until final ticketing.

Port of Entry fee: The island of the Dominican republic assess a $10 (cash only) point of entry fee upon arrival in Punta Cana. This fee is not included in the advertised rate.

Dining and activities Options: All Inclusive
Buffet meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), la carte dinners (with previous reservation and depending on availability) snacks and national beverages 24 hours a day, selection of international drinks. Use of all the facilities of the complex. Restrictions may apply to non-suite accommodation privileges.

The Grand Palladium provides eleven magnificent restaurants located in various areas of the complex. 3 air-conditioned with an international buffet, show cooking and an Italian corner, 3 buffet restaurants in the beach area and five À la carte where guests may enjoy trying Asian cuisine, Spanish (Don Quixote), Tex Mex cuisine, a Trattoria and international cuisine.

Trip Insurance
It is recommended that trip cancellation insurance be purchased. M.D. Ski Express does not sell trip insurance. Consult the internet for trip insurance products.

Entertainment
Your all inclusive package will include beach parties, live entertainment, and admission to all public and private M.D. Ski events. Performing artists subject to change without notice.

Passports
A valid passport is required for all passengers departing for the Dominican Republic. We recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within 2 months of the trip termination date. For more information on obtaining or renewing passports, please visit travel.state.gov.
